This morning all of the TAs set up tracking scenarios for the students to practice on before they encounter the real deal.

Me in a water eroded cavern at Hidden Falls.

Hidden Falls.

Tracking Scenarios

We tracked for the first time at Hidden Falls in Sandstone, MN. We found bobcat, wolf, coyote, and many more tracks. It was a leisurely tracking experience for the students. At the end, we arrived at Hidden Falls' Kettle River. We shared our stories from the small groups and returned home. Back at the lodges we watched Wolves of Yellowstone and worked on homework.
